Telehealth Psychology

In addition to in-person consultations, the clinic offers psychology services online. These can take the form of video psychology or phone psychology sessions, depending on your preference.

Do I have to come to the clinic in person before I can access telehealth?

No, you do not have to have attended the clinic previously in order to access psychology online. All your psychology sessions can take place over phone or video.

Do I need a referral for telehealth psychology?

Just like in-person sessions, you can attend with or without a referral from your GP, but a referral is required to access Medicare rebates (please see our Services and Fees page for more information about fees and rebates). There’s no difference between a telehealth referral and an in-person referral – you can speak to your preferred GP about meeting with a psychologist.

What if I’m currently out of the country?

Telehealth services may still be available while you’re away (depending on where you’re travelling), but Medicare rebates only apply to sessions whilst you’re in Australia.

How do I book a session?

If you’re interested in online psychology, please get in touch for further information and to book an appointment.
